Just a little update on one more class-the hard working government 10-12th graders!  As we near the Presidential Election, our current events presentations are stimulating good discussions.  Our reading are focused on the details of the three branches of our federal government.  We are seeing how much we appreciate the Founding Fathers' wisdom in creating a government with check and balances.  The Patriotic Papers are finished!  Everyone came through with new understandings of the Founding Father they chose to research, and how he is alike or different from our current Presidential Candidates.  We will conduct a mock election on November 8-looking forward to seeing how all this works out in time. The class has memorized Romans 13:1-7 and will be memorizing 1 Timothy 2:1-4.
