As we move toward Christmas break, the work ethic of the students and their attitudes have remained fairly positive. It is definitely an encouraging time of year for most of us here at KA!

The middle school math students are tackling things like naming triangles, statistical analysis, roots of numbers, and abstract coefficients.

While some geometry students are working on aspects of circles: chords, tangents, central angles, arcs, and so on, others are preparing for online testing that will take place sometime this week.

The Pre-Calculus students just finished a test involving trigonometric identities, and are preparing to enter the world of vectors.

Meanwhile the Small Gas Engines students are splitting their time between engine work and book work.

Are the students doing well? Yes. Are they busy? Yes. However, it seems to be a good kind of busy. So hopefully the busyness you encounter this Christmas is also a good kind of busy. Merry Christmas all!
