As we wrap up the quarter, some students have truly said how fast time is going, and I have to agree with them on that. For some, time is not going fast enough, and for others, it's going too fast. However, it doesn't matter who you are, or what you think. Time goes by at the same rate for everybody.

Anyway, in the past month, we've done less reviewing, and more new stuff. My most challenging class is the one where I have Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, and Pre-calculus all going on at the same time. Thankfully, I have some of those students four times during the day instead of just one. The Consumer Math kids are tracking their expenses. At the end of each month, they are totaling how much they spent for each category. Then, at the end of the year, they'll know about how much they spend for different things each month. I'm hoping it will help some of the kids learn to budget.

Well, that's what some of the students have been going through this past month. Now, for your enjoyment, here's a video about the math behind a golf swing. Even if you've seen it, watch it again. The one minute and twenty-one seconds it takes to watch it will be worth your time. Enjoy!
