Both of the English 9/10 and the English 11/12 are reading "To Kill a Mockingbird" and have been working on the study guides that go along with the book. We are getting ready for the part in the book where the trial begins.
The Middle School finished Ben Hur and are working on troublesome words in Grammar. Here are a few tricky English words in our language.
A seamstress and a sewer fell into a sewer line. I had to subject the subject to a series of tests. The dump was so full it had to refuse more refuse. At the Army base, a bass was painted on the head of the bass drum. The dove dove into the bushes. There was a row among the oarsmen on how to row.
And we are finally back outside for 9/10 P. E. class!!
