With the play coming up, a lot of energy has been focused on things other than math. It's encouraging to see the students coming together for a common purpose and step out in ways they never have. The play is definitely a growing time for everybody. However, sometimes things happen that are unexpected.

I came into my room and found a handwritten, anonymous note of encouragement. A note wasn't necessary or required. In fact, students haven't had a lot of time to do extra things like that. Regardless, a kind note was written anyway.

So to whoever wrote that note, thanks. Also, even when I feel busy, I need to learn to take time and do those things that are important. I hope everybody enjoys the play!
